The core of the process is the MIXCHEM - UNIT i.e. a planetary, vertical reactor, ATEX certified, that is
used for the production of highly homogeneous and constant batches, fed to the final process equipment for the production
of crosslinked products.
The process consists of a closed, controlled system where the additives are evenly dispersed and absorbed on the granules of
the resin.
The exact addition of all the components i.e. resins, crosslinking agents and additives to the MIXCHEM - UNIT,
is controlled gravimetrically.
The resin is preheated in a neutral, positive-pressure atmosphere and cleaned from unwanted impurities before it enters into
contact with the additives.
The additives are exactly weighted and premixed in a separate, dedicated vessel and injected in the MIXCHEM - UNIT
on the surface of the preheated resin, under strict, gravimetric control.
